Rhonda York professional headshotAs founder and president of TeamWide Solutions, Rhonda's passion for coaching and team development makes her an asset for organizations wishing to propel to the next level. She provides leadership development through one-on-one coaching, assessments and directional consulting, serving a diverse list of clients, from CEOs, PhDs and business owners to senior-level business managers, MDs and MBA candidates. Her guidance fosters trust among team members, improves collaboration and increases productivity.

At all levels, Rhonda's clients find her to be an objective sounding board, a thought partner and trusted advisor. She encourages clients to freely explore ideas and offers direct and candid feedback along the way. Serving as a partner to business leaders, Rhonda helps them to inspire improved behavior among their staff by modeling improved behavior themselves. In doing such, she helps these leaders to maximize their impact on all employees, from the top down. Rhonda earned a master's degree in executive coaching (MSEC) from Queens University of Charlotte and a business administration degree from Western Carolina University. She holds numerous advanced coaching certifications, including a Master Coach Certification (MCC), awarded by the International Coach Federation; a Board Certified Coach (BCC) designation, awarded by the Center for Education and Credentialing, Certified Conversational Intelligence® Coach and Facilitator; additional coaching training through Coach U, an internationally acclaimed training program for professionals in the coaching field; and training and certifications to implement a variety of assessments.

Energized by her passion for education and coaching, Rhonda volunteers for the McColl School of Business Leadership Coaching pool, which supports the graduate studies at Queens University in Charlotte. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Charlotte-area chapter of the International Coach Federation.

Rhonda has also enjoyed numerous engagements as a keynote and professional speaker, addressing audiences exceeding 500 attendees, emceeing local events in Charlotte, NC, and facilitating a variety of inspirational workshops.
