Using the results from a behavioral assessment, this workshop includes interactive exercises and guided discussions, participants will learn to:

• Identify their own behavioral and communication styles and preferences
• Interpret clues to identify behavioral and communication styles of others
• Communicate more effectively with each other based on behavioral styles
• Reinforce learning through role play and team building
