How Does the Pre-hire Assessment Work?

  1. When you want to fill a position, you complete a comprehensive survey to define the competencies needed for the position.
  2. Using your responses to the job competency survey, we develop a benchmark for the position.
  3. When you select your top few candidates, we will send them a link to take the assessment online.
  4. When all of the candidates have completed the assessment, an individual report is produced for each candidate, which compares their scores to the benchmark.
  5. We will review the assessment reports with you and help you decide on the best candidate to hire based on the interview process, reference checks, and the pre-hire assessment results.
