What do others really think about you as a manager and a leader?
If you want to know the honest answer to this question, you may not be in a position to get really honest feedback. But if you don’t ask the question, how will you determine what you’re doing well and what you can improve upon?
Using a 360-Feedback Assessment you can get objective and honest feedback about a defined set of leadership competencies. The feedback comes from raters that you select from a group of individuals who know you well in your professional role.
How does a 360-Feedback Assessment work?
- You provide the names and email addresses of up to 15 raters, including: yourself, your boss(es), your peers, and your direct reports, and anyone you interact with professionally.
- Via email, we send a link to your raters and instructions for accessing the survey.
- Each of your raters anonymously answers the same set of survey questions online.
- After all of the raters have completed the survey, we receive an anonymous report, with the exception of yourself and your boss(es).
- We review the results of your 360-Feedback assessment report with you.
- Together we decide on which leadership competencies you want to leverage and improve. We develop a plan and schedule coaching sessions to help you achieve your goals.
- After an agreed interval, we repeat the assessment to measure your success against the original benchmark
What are the benefits of a 360-Feedback Assessment?
- It’s fast, it’s easy, and it provides valuable insight for you and your coach to identify your strengths and areas for improvement.
- It’s anonymous! Even your coach will not know how your raters responded to the survey questions.
- The results provide a benchmark so that you can measure your success over time.
- It sends a positive message to your boss, peers, and direct reports that you want to improve and learn regardless of your position or your status in the organization.
