A new administrator wanted to kick off the new school term with an engaging team building event on a small budget. He wanted an opportunity to bond with his new team of 35+ teachers and administrative personnel in a cost-effective way.

- Change the Venue: A full-day team building adventure took place in uptown Charlotte.
- Create Awareness: The team worked through a variety of ice breakers and team building exercises to help them identify the strengths and interests of their coworkers.
- Have Fun: The treasure hunt is a synonym for fun! The large team divides into smaller teams and works through a series of challenges to find clues along the treasure hunt path.
