Generativity - Allowing the status quo to be challenged
Expression - Empowering others to speak in their own voice 
Spirit - Celebrating success and recognizing achievements

We have found that healthier organizations are WE-centric, which means that individuals are valued and respected and invited to participate in designing successful outcomes at every level of the organization.
