Meet Dan Feldstein

Dan Feldstein is the CMO and co-founder of Red Ventures. Dan focuses on new marketing, new business incubation and launch, and marketing innovation.

Prior to founding Red Ventures, Dan held a variety of general management and senior marketing positions within CUC International (later Cendant). Dan's roles have included general manager of Sidewalk.com, a joint venture between Microsoft and Cendant, SVP, Marketing, for Cendant’s membership group; and general manager of Shoppers Advantage, a $300MM online and catalog retailer.

Dan began his career with the global consulting firm Bain & Company. He received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and is also a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

In 2009, Red Ventures was named a finalist in the Charlotte Business Journal's Best Places to Work.

Meet Tim Flanagan

Timothy C. Flanagan, Jr. leads one of the premier agencies within the family of MassMutual Financial Group Companies, a general agency of MassMutual, Hinrichs Flanagan Financial, in Charlotte, N.C.

A third-generation financial services professional, Mr. Flanagan’s career with MassMutual began in 1989 in Philadelphia. He took over as leader of Hinrichs Flanagan Financial in 2004 and has accomplished noteworthy achievements in overseeing one of the largest and oldest financial services firms in Charlotte.

In 2007, his firm was named as one of the Charlotte Business Journal’s Top 25 Best Places to Work in Charlotte, and in 2008, Mr. Flanagan was selected by Charlotte Business Leader as one of 24 of the magazine’s “Impact 24 Financial Leaders” in Charlotte. In 2009, Business Leader Media included Hinrichs Flanagan Financial on its 2009 list of “Top 100 Small Businesses in North Carolina” and recognized Mr. Flanagan as a “Mover & Shaker.”

A 1988 graduate in Finance and Business from Cabrini College in Radnor, Pa., Mr. Flanagan continued his education and received his CLU in 1993, his ChFC in 1995, and his CFP® in 1999. In 2001, he completed the Executive Development program at the Darden Business School, University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Va.
 

Meet Lee Ellen Turnbull

Lee Ellen Turnbull, CEO of Belk Printing Technologies, is a native Charlottean.  She is a graduate of Northside Christian Academy, UNCC, and UNC School of Law. She is a licensed attorney and CPA who began her career as a tax accountant with the firm Arthur Andersen & Co.  

Lee Ellen joined her brother, mother, and father in the family business, Belk Printing, for what was supposed to be a short-term position to update the company’s accounting function to a computer-based system.  That was in September of 1987, and she has been there ever since. Both of her parents have since retired from the business leaving Lee Ellen and her brother, Ralph Belk, as the owners and managers of the business. 

Today Belk Printing Technologies operates a 58,000 square-foot print manufacturing facility off of Westinghouse Boulevard that generates more than 11 million dollars in sales volume and has 60 full-time employees. In 2009, Belk Printing Technologies was named a finalist in the Charlotte Business Journal's Best Places to Work.

Lee Ellen is married to Jeff Turnbull and has two teenage boys. Lee Ellen volunteers by helping with the youth group at her church, Matthews United Methodist.
