The Creating WE Institute™ was developed in 2006 by Judith E. Glaser and a core group of business leaders, advisors, and academics. The founders' vision was to bring together cutting-edge practitioners whose work and research address the 21st Century challenges facing a new generation of leaders.
Today, Creating WE Institute is an international group of consultants, practitioners, leaders, and critical-thinkers with multi-disciplinary expertise who focus on harvesting new forms of engagement and innovation in the workplace. Our work is based on or 25 years of research and successful client engagements, with demonstrated impact on business results and sustainability.
