Our Approach
We formed TeamWide Solutions because our passion is to help business leaders create silo-free workplaces.
When silos exist, people hoard information and compete to win as individuals (ME-thinking). When silos cease to exist, everyone works as one team toward the same set of goals and objectives, and collaboration replaces competition (WE-thinking).
Our approach to creating this ideal workplace is a long-term process that integrates three basic steps, which may be applied in any sequence and repeated as often as needed:
- Assessments - Create awareness of self and others using behavioral assessments
- Edutainment - Our word for having fun while learning (a.k.a. team building)
- Coaching - Develop interpersonal communication skills; improve leadership competencies; manage fears and objections that get in the way of success
